Verint is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.

In this role, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs. You’ll be responsible for the recruitment process End to End, working closely with hiring managers in all levels, writing job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates through online channels , conducting interviews, salary offers and meet the new employees in their first day for “On Boarding”. In addition, you will be involved in global and local projects, lead different initiatives in the department, and work closely with internal and external interfaces.
- Proven 4-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Proven experience in social media, headhunting, Boolean search etc.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting includes various interview techniques.
- BA in Human Resources Management or other relevant field.
- High-level English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
