General Summary of Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic support professional with excellent communication skills to provide a world class level of support to Verint’s CIS accounts in Western Europe. Our support team are the main point of contact for our clients and as such provide and manage a wide variety of services throughout the service life-cycle of our systems from our offices and onsite at the client premises. The ability to take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving all client reported software and hardware problems is very high on the agenda, as well as frequent involvement in preventive maintenance and system upgrade activities. The ability to plan and document activities using excellent time management skills is essential and the ability to handle sudden critical events in a calm and professional way is crucial to this position.

  • Administer and manage all service requests from the customer

  • Maintain internal lab systems to support service activities




Requirements:

Technical Requirements

  • Windows installation/configuration/admin/active directory
  • Linux installation/configuration/admin
  • Virtualisation technologies installation/configuration/admin/troubleshooting
  • IP Networking knowledge & troubleshooting
  • SQL knowledge
  • Application software installation/configuration/troubleshooting

 Basic Requirements

  • Full driving license
  • Ability to travel out of country at short notice and at regular frequency
  • Ability to pass the security clearances required at Verint customers
  • Dutch passport holder
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
