Description:

We are looking for a talented Sales and Account Executive to join us and take the lead for large sales activities in Mexico.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow the company business in Mexico’s Federal and State Government Customers. Generate and execute sales opportunities while achieving the assigned sales target quota.
  • Build relevant pipeline of Leads for innovative and complex solutions in the cyber and intelligence domains in the region.
  • Map customer existing applications and technologies and Proactively identify potential needs and opportunities.
  • Overall responsibility on all account activities and customer satisfaction level and loyalty.
  • Ability to close sales opportunities and Lead commercial discussions to successful closing.
  • Generate and execute an accurate, timely and professionally sales strategy plan, and Account planning achieving high customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit and manage relevant partners, agents, re-sellers and integrators as may be needed in order to promote and grow the business in the territory and achieve customer satisfaction. Create and manage sales and target plan for each partner - challenge results and cost-efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the sales of strategic solutions to government organizations. preference to candidates with cyber intelligence background and experience in the Intelligence market sales.
  • Experience in selling in the target territory: Mexico Federan and States
  • Demonstrate sales growth path and achievements.
  • Technical ability to learn and be updated in new technical domains and concepts. Ability to quickly assimilate and absorb a new world of content.
  • Proven experience recruiting and working with Channels and agents (vs distributors).
  • Fluent in Spanish & English with excellent communications skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate colleagues in a matrix management environment throughout the Sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willing to travel as needed
  • Goal driven personality with multi-tasking and self management capabilities – mandatory
