Description:

Verint is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for a dynamic & challenging role.

maternity leave replacement for 6 months minimum.

In this role you will:

  •   Provide administrative support (including Outlook) for the managers.
  •   Lead the Welfare Department’s domain & community relations.
  •   Deal with travel related issues.
  •  Deal with procurement, suppliers, invoices, etc.
  • Deal with budget management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative management – a must; preferable in high-tech companies.
  •  Excellent relationship skills.
  •  Flexible, able to work with multiple customers.
  •  Deep knowledge with Office, including Outlook and Excel.
  •  High-level English.
  •  Service-oriented.
  • Organized, self-motivated and proactive.
  •  Effective in working with multi interfaces, multi tasks & projects.
  •  Ability to be available off-office hours to a limited extent.
