  • Assists managers and execute office tasks, such as providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail
  • Answers phone calls and emails coming from external inquiries
  • Makes reservations or travel arrangements for business purposes
  • Office front desk
  • Works closely with the marketing department, create material to be used in our social media
  • Deals with Suppliers, purchasing and invoicing and manage budget
  • Ensures operation of office equipment, by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs, maintaining office equipment inventories, evaluating new office equipment and techniques
  • Monitors office inventory level; reckon on needed office supplies; placing and accelerate orders for office supplies; verifying receipt of office supplies
  • Leads the Welfare Department’s domain & community relations
  • Manages the office facility activities, repair work, contractors
  • Supports the unit’s on-boarding process


  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative management – a must; preferable in high-tech companies
  • Very good ability to work well with others, high communication skills
  • Flexible, and able to deal with day to day ambiguities, assertive
  • Very good skills in Windows using Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Very good English communication skills
  • Very good customer service orientation
  • Organized, has attention to details, self-motivated and proactive
  • Effective in working with multi interfaces, multi tasks & projects
  • Have innovative thinking, know to makes ideas into action
