We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist (Tier 3) for our Tech Center

Requirements:

  • BSc or practical engineering degree in electronics or computer science or similar military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting of solutions in Telco / VoIP / Satcom area
  • Strong analytical and technical skills in following area:

o  GSM, UMTS, LTE, IMS Or CDMA Networks solutions familiarity

o  Understanding flows in cellular networks:

§ Call setup/terminate

§ Location update

§ SMS messaging flows 

o  Hands-on troubleshooting skills with OS based Linux / Windows Server

o  Data Communications knowledge based TCP/IP , LAN/WAN

o  Wireshark (or other similar tool) troubleshooting skills

o  E1, STM1, SIP, Sigtran, BSSAP, RANAP, MAP and ISUP protocols debug skills – Advantage

o  Satellite communication – familiarity with VSAT (Architecture, Communication and Components) , RF, DCME – Advantage

o  Scripts development skills – Advantage 

o  Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL Database infrastructure – Advantage

o  Familiarity with VMware – Advantage
