We are looking for a talented Product Support Engineer to join the Web Intelligence Group.

The Product Support Engineer will join the System Integration Department and act as system expert, from infrastructure to production. 

The role main responsibilities include:

·        Customer facing activities

o  Lead integrations at customer sites.

o  Handle both technical and operational issues.

o  Perform Acceptance Test Procedures.

o  Serve as the customer’s trusted technical advisor.

·        In-house Support

o  Lead the local environments maintenance.

o  Provide technical Support for various interfaces: Sales, Product, R&D, etc.

Requirements:

·        Requirements 

o  At least 1 year experience in technical support / system integration. 

o  Practical networking experience (e.g. switch configuration, setting up LAN networks, wiring).

o  Practical hardware installation experience.

o  Strong Windows administration background (Group Policy, Domain Controllers, etc.).

o  Strong troubleshooting skills with an aptitude for problem solving during the diagnosis of application and infrastructure outages.

o  Familiarity with Hyper-V/VMware virtualization solutions.

o  SQL Server basic querying knowledge - advantage.

o  Experience with HTML and JavaScript - advantage.

o  Excellent verbal and written English skills. 

o  Excellent interpersonal communication skills. 

o  Strong Customer orientation.

o  Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Willing to travel around 20% of time to different and new locations
