(Nasdaq: VRNT) today announced advancements to its comprehensive portfolio including new situational awareness, security, and surveillance and fraud investigation solutions. The new solutions exemplify the company’s widely recognized market leadership across the domains of Customer Engagement and Intelligence Powered Security. Featured New Solutions Include:
Verint Dispatch Manager
The addition of Push-to-Talk to the Verint Dispatch Manager™ solution allows customers to effectively communicate via a mobile device in the event of an emergency. Users can engage directly with security operations center (SOC) personnel and other groups via voice chat to streamline response. It also enables direct and immediate communication during emergencies, enabling SOCs to better coordinate emergency response. Verint Dispatch Manager is a core component of the Verint Situational Awareness Platform™. It unifies disparate command center technologies and safety policies by fusing critical data input from emergency calls and responder activity to help drive efficient response and enhance situational awareness.
Verint Evidence Center
Financial institutions require solutions that enable them to identify suspect transactions and quickly find the associated video. Verint Evidence Center™, part of the Verint Edge VMS™ software portfolio, enables banks and credit unions to strengthen their intelligence gathering abilities, streamline investigations, and combat and resolve bank fraud. The Evidence Center solution also simplifies the collection of transaction data by associating video with specific transactions automatically. This allows investigators to identify transactions through specific search criteria, including location, ATM or teller position, transaction ID, transaction amount and more.
Verint FaceDetect™ delivers facial recognition for the real world. This new solution incorporates neural networks and deep learning to imitate a human’s ability to recognize, and allows the technology to adapt to and learn from new situations, similar to how the human brain works. Designed to work with organizations’ existing infrastructures, Verint FaceDetect is GPU-based to achieve optimum performance, accuracy and scalability. It is designed to address the growing need for face recognition in heavily populated and diverse environments, and to identify individuals regardless of face obstructions, suspect aging, disguises and/or ethnicity.
Verint IP Camera Portfolio
The growing demand for video intelligence and evolving video use cases has propelled enhancements of Verint’s suite of video surveillance cameras. At ISC West, Verint will showcase a variety of advanced video surveillance cameras, including its indoor and outdoor IP dome and box cameras, along with its first two and three-megapixel IP bullet cameras that feature an easy-to-install form factor.
Verint Video Investigator
Designed to streamline investigations in the financial and retail markets, Verint Video Investigator™ offers a modern user interface that includes natural language search queries and location searches that enable more intuitive searches and faster investigative results. The enhanced user experience is designed to meet the specific requirements of users and minimize the amount of training needed to use the application, reducing costs and increasing productivity. Verint Video Investigator runs seamlessly with Verint Vid-Center™, an enterprise software that provides a complete view of video and fraud investigation operations.
